Future Care Planning for Children and Adults with Special Needs

It is NEVER too early (or late) start planning for your child’s future.  In this presentation, parents and educators will learn about the importance of estate planning especially for those who have a child with a disability.  Attendees will also learn about how Special Needs Trusts can help families protect future governmental benefits such as SSI (Supplemental Security Income) and Medicaid.  Have you heard of an ABLE account?  ABLE is a federally tax-advantaged savings program that will allow for Illinois families and individuals to save for disability-related expenses.   Come learn more about this beneficial savings program.
